We understand the challenges of judging colors and qualities when purchasing rugs online. Should your rug(s) not meet your expectations, take advantage of our full money-back guarantee within this period. If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a defect, you must contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to us for assistance with your return or refer to our policy page for more details.
Please note that custom items and made-to-order rugs are not eligible for returns.
What are your return conditions?
For a full refund, the original item must be returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery and be free from:
- Pet dander or fur
- Dirt or grass stains
- Any signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Damage or stains
Please note that all returned items undergo a thorough inspection. Items returned in a condition deemed unsellable will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, you'll need to arrange to ship the item back using a shipping carrier of your preference. You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses. Please be aware that due to the existing freight conditions, especially for oversized items, return shipping rates may vary and depend on factors like item dimensions, transit distance, fuel surcharges, and more.
The item must maintain its original condition and packaging for acceptance of the return.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or exhibits a defect, please contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery.
Regarding size: Some rugs may vary slightly in size, typically within plus or minus 3 inches from the stated dimensions. This variation is considered normal and not a manufacturer defect. Due to the rug washing process, shrinkage can be unpredictable. Please keep this in mind when evaluating your rug for defects.
Regarding shedding: Hand-made rugs, especially those with wool, may shed initially. This shedding is normal and not a defect. Over time, shedding will decrease with regular vacuuming.
For a prompt review of your claim, please contact us and provide the following details:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Photos illustrating the rug damage and/or defect, including its packaging and the label on the back. Close-ups and wider shots are appreciated.
- Your preference for a replacement or a refund (note: both options will result in a refund; replacement orders will be charged separately upon shipment)
Once we receive the necessary information and photos, we will expedite the review process. Please prepare the item(s) for shipping; rugs must be adequately covered in plastic for shipping purposes.
When can I expect a refund?
The processing of your return typically takes between 5 to 7 business days from when we’ve received your item. Our shipping team meticulously inspects the returned rug to confirm it matches the one initially sent and meets the requested condition. After this verification process, we'll proceed to initiate your refund. Please note it may take a couple of days before you receive your refund.
